Complaints Procedures

Mployus Personnel Services trading as MployusHR is dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable HR services to our clients. We continually update our technology and employ skilled, well-trained staff to ensure top-notch service quality.

We understand that there may be rare occasions when our service doesn't meet your expectations. MployusHR has established a procedure to quickly and satisfactorily resolve any complaints, aiming to minimise inconvenience for our clients.

At MployusHR, we take all complaints seriously and handle them uniformly. Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge it within 2 working days. We aim to propose a resolution within 10 working days, or 20 working days for more complex cases. If delays occur, we will notify the client and agree on a new deadline.

All complaints are managed by our Client Experience Team, and a Resolution Specialist is assigned to each case. Clients can contact their designated specialist for any questions or updates regarding their complaint. Our Client Experience Team is available by telephone at 0818 900 300 during office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We may share your personal data with various parties, in various ways and for various reasons. Primarily we will share your information with prospective employers to increase your chances of securing the job you want. Unless you specify otherwise, we may also share your information with any of our group companies and associated third parties such as our service providers where we feel this will help us to provide you with the best possible service.

If a client is dissatisfied with the handling of their complaint at any stage, they should inform their designated specialist, who will escalate the matter as needed. If unresolved, clients can escalate further by contacting the Client Experience Manager at Mployus Group.
